My voice memos not recording full. I was recording an hour long interview, but when i turn on my iphone (to end the recording) it says "downloading..." and there's only 36 minutes of recording, why is that happening? can i still get the rest of the interview recorded?

That "downloading" message usually means the recording is syncing with iCloud while the app finishes the file. Check Voice Memos > Recently Deleted, and Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All > Voice Memos. Leave the phone on Wi-Fi with Voice Memos open for a few minutes so the full file can finish syncing before assuming the rest is lost.
