iPad text to android phone issue
When I text from my iPad to an android phone it often says “not delivered”. However the same text shows as delivered (and read) on my iPhone. Help please.

Your iPad is not a cellular telephone. It has no ability to send or receive an SMS text message. It can send and receive iMessages.
Sending or receiving SMS text messages on iPad requires an iPhone to be used as an intermediate device.
