Sequoia forgets Safari window desktop assignments after restart

(Just updated to) Sequoia - forgets the desktop assignment for some Safari windows on restart.

I have multiple desktops - one of which (Desktop 6) is assigned to several Safari windows that I keep active and monitor throughout the day. I shut down every night - and previously, upon restart Sonoma correctly put the windows back on Desktop 6 - unfortunately Sequoia forgets, and dumps everything on the primary desktop (Desktop 1).

Strangely, it does remember other things - for instance

Desktop 3 = Mail

Calendar = Full screen (listed after desktops)

Mission Control Settings are default.
