I updated the iOS 27.2 yesterday and all my notes have gone and aren’t even showing in my iCloud.
Have followed all options via YouTube etc and can’t find them anywhere. Really worried they are gone for good!
Any help much appreciated

Non of that has worked
Might you have exceeded your iCloud storage? If so, data loss would be expected.

then there is no recovery if Apple supported document didn't help.
No I’ve not exceeded data storage
Why would they just disappear because of an update?
Undoubtedly the iOS update was just coincidentally at the same time your notes disappeared - assuming the notes are housed in iCloud.
Perhaps Apple should not “fool” folks into believing they need to update to the iOS next-greatest-iOS-level-thing, methinks. This just gets old.
