Game account ID managed by Apple Play changed unexpectedly on iPhone

I have play a game which the game account id is managed by apple play since 2023. today when i lunch the game in iphone, to my surprise all start from fresh, i check the account id in the game, it appears to be a different account id.

I can't find a way to change the account id back to the old account id as it is managed by apple play. Any suggestion will be helpful
