Okay So I Keep Getting "Your Credit Card Was Declined. Please Enter Valid Credit Card Information" So I sent Apple and Email (Through Support Forum/Area)

What I Sent "See Below"

Hello, I'm Daniel

My Problem(s) are that I'm Not able to Get into my Account on the iTunes Store
it Asks me to enter Credit Card Info to be able to Precede (Which I tried My Card a couple times, thinking maybe I entered it wrong) but to no avail did it Work. I then read you could make a "Free" Account (By Selecting "None") I tried that and I still get the Same Error/Problem (The Error/Problem is "Your Credit Card Was Declined. Please Enter Valid Credit Card Information") Which I Know I'm Entering Correct Information, and I Don't see why that Would also Pop up when I Select "None" as a Payment Option. Sorry to Bother you with this But I Would Really Love to Make/Use iTunes Store Account, Thankyou for your time Hope you can Help.

Which I still get the Same Error/Problem (The Error/Problem is "Your Credit Card Was Declined. Please Enter Valid Credit Card Information")So I can't complete the Requirements to make and iTunes Store Account, I don't know how else to Explain it? I've tried Selecting "None" at the Payment Option and I still get the Same Error.

Now I'm waiting on another Reply **!?!

I am having similar problems. Two weeks ago for no reason my iTunes account stopped accepting my cc. I've done like u and tried different cards. Even paypal won't work -and now after trying to set up paypal and iTunes my papal account is restricted due to possible fraud. Can you say screwed up?

Until apple unscrews themselves, and yes apple because I haven't made any changes, I guess I will save a few bucks because I can't buy stuff. ..

Yes suddenly my credit card didn't match my bank records? ***? I guess it was OK for the first twenty songs I bought and suddenly its messed up. Whatever. So I upgraded to I-Tunes 10. SAME THING. And then I switched my payment method to Paypal. I e-bay all the time and my paypal account is good. So then when I went back to the store it said Paypal is not set up for immediate purchase such as with a debit card. Even though I had just gone through the process to do a specific agreement for I-Tunes!! What a joke, I-Tunes you can't pay for anything! SELL YOUR APPLE STOCK!! I-Tunes doesn't want any more money ever! I don't think it is a sound business model!

can someone please report this to some of the major blogs, like techcrunch.com

i guarantee that once a major blogs picks up on this story, apple will fix the problem in 1 hour. But if they feel they can get away with this crap, it will not get fixed or will be forever.

Oh thank god i am not the only one with this problem. It started with me on Saturday (aug 28) and still, no solution.
I live in the border with the USA so i’ve been using my itunes account with a USA debit card and then it started with that **** declined CC problem =S
The funny thing is that i’ve been trying to change countries, setting my account to Mexico and it would still say that the CC are declined. Tried 2 USA cards and 2 Mexican cards, no results =S

Wanna read something funny. I even tried to create a brand new account based in Mexico, with another email address and it still wouldn’t let me, tells me my cards are not valid……..the **** apple!!! i cannot update any app and i just got my iphone 4 on friday last week and i am dying to try new apps.

So far I’ve sent 2 emails and still no **** solution. At least i am not alone =’(

I'm also having the same problem. Interestingly though, it is still working fine on my old iPod Touch, which is not OS4 of course.
But my iPhone4 will simply not accept that my bank card details on my account - the very same account as used on the iPod Touch - are correct... even after re-entering the security code which is the only field left blank.

APPLE... PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT OF YOUR EARS AND FIX THIS NOW!!!!
