Can't update to OS 4
Hi,
This is my first post so go easy on me!!!
I've been trying to update my daughters and my sons Ipod Touch 3G 8gb without much success. I connect the ipod, Itunes opens up and i get a message saying new software available and click to update. Itunes then starts to backup the ipod but just sits there saying 'Backing up Ipod Touch' and thats it unless i cancel the update. I've tried this with both ipods and my wifes Iphone 3G 8gb and get the same result with them all.
I have the latest version of Itunes installed.
Anyone any ideas???
