Not without some more information from you.

Any error messages or stuff that could tell anyone what's going on ?

What's your security software and how have you set it up (If you've got a router tell us about that as well.)?
What usually happens is that the software blocks so what's running on your new install ?

    Welcome to the Discussions Reba,

I'm mainly a MacOS guy so I cant give you specifics, but if the only thing that has changed in your home network environment is the change in OS it does sound like a firewall issue like mentioned. Check your Firewall/Security settings and allow iTunes full access.

I tried changing the firewall options and still no luck.

    (Sorry about butting in, Pamela.)

Error: We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808).

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, Reba, have you tried the 9808-specific information in the following document?

No problem I was out and it looks like I'm going to be away again the rest of the week.
If you're link doesn't help then it's back to checking user account controls and permissions in Win7.
If she's got the security dialed up high that could be the problem

Yeah, I cross my fingers and hope for a mis-set date and time with it. Unfortunately, it doesn't always resolve so straightforwardly.
