Can't access iTunes Store

I switched to Windows 7 and now I can't access the iTunes store. Any suggestions?

HP Pavilion Slimline, Windows 7, windows

Error: We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808).


In the course of your troubleshooting to date, Reba, have you tried the 9808-specific information in the following document?

No problem I was out and it looks like I'm going to be away again the rest of the week.
If you're link doesn't help then it's back to checking user account controls and permissions in Win7.
If she's got the security dialed up high that could be the problem
