iPhone 4 supports the Arabic Language, and you don't need any aditional apps to read/write arabic:
You can read websites like
http://arabic.cnn.com
You can write/compose e-mails, notes and chat.
You can read Arabic PDFs synced to your iPhone using applications like iBooks.
All what you need to do is:
- Go to: settings -> General -> International -> Keyboards -> Add New Keyboard.
- To write Arabic, in mail for example, press the "world" button in the left side of the space bar to switch between the 2 languages.
It was supported since iOS 3.0 came out for the iPhones, but its NOT natively supported in the iPad by apple yet, you need to buy third party application to write Arabic in the iPad!
