The word india

I am using an iPhone 3GS, OS 4.0.2. The word india does not get auto-corrected to India. I reset the keyboard dictionary, didn't make a difference. There is the option to replace the word to India when I double tap india. indian gets auto-corrected to Indian. Other countries also get capitalized on their own. India used to work before, it stopped a few days ago. Any ideas?
