iTunes 10 doesn't smooth video anymore when Viewed in a separate Window

iTunes 10 has introduced borderless video viewing like quicktime X did.

Unfortunately when watching a TV show or Movie, bigger than its actual size in this separate window, the video now appears blocky, except when you hover your cursor over the window.

Cursor over video (or paused) video is smoothed (anti aliased)

Cursor moved away is blocky.

I've tried this on 2 Unibody Macbook Pro's and the same thing happens on both. Anybody else having this problem?

I don't have this problem, on a mid 2009 MacBook running iTunes 10. I wonder why you guys have this problem and I don't. Because I don't, we now know that this may not be an issue with everyone. Perhaps some bit of preferences or installed software did something in some way to make this happen for a lot of people. However, maybe that isn't the case, because I have so many things installed on my computer. The strange thing is that someone else who had my model of MB had this issue and I don't. Very weird.

I have noticed the same problem. I found another thread somewhere that noted the problem appears to be associated with viewing the video in a separate window. If you change your preferences to view the video directly in the iTunes window, the picture quality is back to where we are used to having it. This is only a work-around though, and Apple still needs to look into this problem.
