I want to delete some music titles or albums from my iphone but it doesn´t work as described in the manual. There I read:"Connect your iphone to the pc, click the triangle left of the symbol to show the iphone´s contents. Then choose i.g. music and mark the titles you want to delete. So far so good! Now the manual says press the "stepback-key" (I am German and the German name is "Rückschritttaste")but on my windows PC this doesn´t work. So what can I do? Thanks for your help!

PC, Windows 7

This is NOT the procedure to follow. When you connect the iPhone to iTunes you can avoid to copy songs in the Music tab just not selecting that song or author. If is already selected, just deselect and syncronize again.

Are you manually managing music? If so, you hit the "delete" key to remove music from your phone with your phone connected, itunes running.
