Logic as a ReWire SLAVE. Will it ever happen?

Logic is at the center of my production. I also us Live and Reason. My most desired feature request for Logic X would be the ability for it to act as a ReWire slave. This way I could still produce primarily in Logic but rewire it into Ableton for when I perform live. Mainstage just doesn't compete with Ableton for a myriad of reasons. Performing live with Logic also doesn't compete with Live.

Would it really require too much development work on Apple's end to make Logic rewire slave compatable? Why do they not allow this feature already? Would Apple realistically ever do it?

Lot's of questions, I know. It's a topic I've wanted to talk about for some time though.
