Can't access my PING Profile ( error 5002)

Please help. I have created a Ping profile. For some reason, I can access all the Ping pages but My Profile page. When I clicked on My Profile page, I am getting a 5002 error message. I thought it might be my iTune 10 on my iMac must be corrupted, I decided to login my iTune account using my Macbook Pro and I still get a 5002 error message when I tried accessing my Ping Profile page.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Ha, you are lucky - I cannot even login to it. Keeps asking my password over and over and over and over ...i gave up

Hi, I am from Turkey. I loaded new iTunes to my laptop. I can not see Ping on the screen but. How can I creat Ping? Thanks.

Hmmmm...interesting. I get a message saying:

+We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The iTunes Store is tempoarily unavailable. (5555)+

I only get that when I click on 'Edit Profile' in Ping. I can still access and purchase from the iTunes Store.

Seems to me Apple haven't quite thought this thing through....

same here, it keeps asking me for my password and i assumed it was the same as my itunes password, but it just keeps asking me for it over and over...i give up...i guess an update is coming!

I was getting the 5002 error when updating apps (just update again and it worked) and just started having the problem with Ping 2 days ago.

I get that error when I try to access the Recent Activity page in Ping. Just like you every other page is fine, it's just the one that has issues.

i can't even create a profile I got a message saying"An unknown error occurred (-1202)

I'm getting the 5555 error. It prompts me to log in, but then the error.

Apple is well aware of this problem and have no interest in supporting a resolution. They claim that they've never heard of it despite me and others reporting it to them. This is a major lapse in credibility and support by Apple.

Same issue, but for me is "an unknow error -50". I've too a Windows 7 machine, where from is not displayed the error!
