Logic 8 no sound and freeze from AU instrument!!!
Hi all. I'm new to Logic and I'm having some issues that I can't find any help on the manual.
First - How can I hear the samples loaded in AU instrument without the need to play the sequence? I see the midi being sent to the instruments but there's no sound. Actually there's some sound but extremely low.
It's happening when the sequencer is in stop mode, but when I hit the play button everything is ok - I hear the sequence and me playing real time. What am I doing wrong?
Second - I'm trying to use the freeze function with the many AU instruments I have in my sequence (Kontakt, WIVI and Synful). What's happening is that when I configure the track header to show the freeze button it appears in only the tracks set to Synful and not to Kontakt and WIVI. Why it's happening if all the tracks and midi ones from AU instruments?
