Display unavailable close and reopen window to restore

This keeps coming up when i try and import m footage in the Apple tv format, ive closed reopened and re booted but to no avail, any ideas?

You shouldn't be using Apple TV (H264) video in Final Cut Pro. It's not an editing format.
Convert the clips to one of the codecs found in the Easy Setup menu.

You can use Compressor or [MPEG Streamclip|http://www.secondchairvideo.com/?p=694] to convert the files.

Hi, thanks for the reply, i was messing around with a finished version to put it into widescreen, seems a lot easier that doing each frame in HD.
Cheers ill stay away from that.
