Apps on the bottom of the menu screen???

Hi.
I only need ,for a daily use, a 3 apps on the first page of my display menu. I keep the rest of my apps on the second page. my questions is,how do I move my apps to the bottom of the display menu screen? It seems like they only line up on the top of the screen menu whenever I have few apps. I would like to keeep on my dock 4 apps and right above them my "daily use" apps so they would stay close one to another.
