A couple of ways:
- email
- via syncing to computer
- probably with an app like DropBox
- Using the camera connection kit (CCK). You put the USB part in the iPad and use a sync cable from the iPhone to the CCK.
or another way as said above is to email the video to yourself and open it up on the "ipad"
even though i have the cam kit and pc etc i still find the email method the easiest if im out & about and want to do a transfer,.providing you have 3G ipad or wifi happening to download on the go
That is great if your email provider isn't still using a 10MB attachment cap. Gmail is at a 25MB cap. The photo app has a 10MB cap for emailing and it re-compresses the video. You could copy the video and then open the email app and paste it into the body, email it to yourself. Bypassing the 10MB cap and decompression of the video. I believe iOS4 fixes this in the photo app.
Firstly thanks for all your help. Im still having trouble though... Ive tried syncing my phone with my PC and although the still images have come off my phone the video hasnt. Any ideas?
