IPAD 64GB WIFI 3G Not charging at all from Wall Adapter or USB : :-(

Hi

My Ipad which was working fine for last 2 weeks on wall charger has suddenly stopped working since last 3 days and will not charge, it wont charge from USB too

The only thing i updated 3 days back was Itunes 10 and since them my USB sync has also stopped.

Since today morning after i reset it to factory settings , it showing a red battery indicator with a ~ on startup, nothing is progressing further since the battery has run out , as iam unable to charge. I have tired everything on Net but nothing is working.

Do i need to return it back to Apple authorised center or can anyone advice/suggest anythig to fix it.Iam at Aurangabad,India now and the nearest apple autorised service center is at Mumbai ( 550 Kms Away ....Sigh...)

To add, make sure you are not using the iPhone charger by mistake.

As for not charging on the computer. Does it say 'not charging'? If it does the USB 2 on your computer doesn't have enough power to charge the iPad correctly. It will charge but will take forever to do so. If this is so, don't feel bad. 99% of computer owner don't have the right USB 2 for charging the iPad.

No its the Ipad 10w Charger iam using.

Even now after a whole night being plugged on to wall charger it shown the same

~ Big Red Battery ~ icon.No progress.After about 10 t0 15 Wake + Home Button it once gave the Itunes USB Icon. I was happy that it might restore, therefore i plugged it to the Computer with Itunes already started, but nothing happened asking for restore, therefore i had again pressed the Wake+Home screen multiple times and now its back to the "Red Battery ~ " Icon.Help me it seems iam stuck and not getting out of this rut.

Yes,

I did try with another cable,but no success

Even now just a "Pulisng Red Battery ~" icon is just there when i start, it wont go further.

Iam going nuts over this.3 days and iam stuck with this puzzle box 😟

Sometime back it came with the logo and then rebooted itself to the low Battery Charging Red Icon.Iam not able to figure out what to do now to take it in DFU or restore mode and get it recognised by my laptop, I have tried all the Power+Home combinations,is there anything iam missing out.
