iPod Touch Power Adapter

I have a power adapter that I used with my old iPod nano. I recently bouth an iPod Touch and I'd like to know if I can use the same power adapter. I cant find the specs for the iPod touch related to the kind of power it accepts. My power adapter outputs 5.1v and 0.7A.
