iPod Touch Shipping Notice

Just wanted to report that at 11:13 AM CST, I got a shipping notification that my iPod Touch 32GB shipped. It shipped from Kunshan, CN. Has an estimated delivery date of September 9, by 10:30 AM.

It does show that it was picked after the cutoff, so it may end up being September 10, though I guess we'll see once it starts moving.

Anyone else got a shipping notice yet?

You're really lucky guys! European orders here are taking a bit more, will probably receive a shipment notification tomorrow or Wednesday and arrival is scheduled to September 13. =(

Oh well, I'm already used to wait! =P

You all guys, who has written here on this post are very lucky. Everyone here seems like a made a pre-order of the new iPod touch 4G ready to be delivered to your houses(by tomorrow or Wednesday). I wish that I could had ordered an iPod touch, so It would be delivered to my house like a Christmas present. I hope all of you, get to enjoy your iPod touch with camera, don't forget to give us a review of how the camera perform while snapping pictures.

While everyone gets a special delivery(this week), I will still be stucked with the third generation for a while, because I don't know of how to get rid of it for cash. I don't like apple recycling program(it's a total rip-off) taking only 10% percent off for the purchase of a new iPod touch. If I take that 10% recycling deal, I'll be putting too much money out of my own pocket which is a bit unfair seeing that my iPod touch is in excellent condition.

Cheers

Tommy I would just list it on Ebay. I was a bit scared the first time I listed an item on there, but since then I have sold all sorts of items including iPod's. The biggest thing is creating the listing and they have a lot of help with their setup in doing it. You list it for 5 or 7 days. To be honest I've never done the bidding thing, I've always listed mine with a buy now, but usually throw in some extras like a case, extended warranty if I purchased one etc. I have actually never gone more than 2 days before selling my item.

Just have to jump in. Good Luck!
