water damaged screen but still working
I got my iphone 4 water damaged. now i turned it off and left it buried in rice for a couple of days.
the 2 water indicators are still white. my screen has liquid, specifically, coffee marks inside it. but the speakers are working, camera is working. the only problem i'm having is my home button is not working so great and my battery is just plain useless now. and whenever i try to sync my ipod(music, videos) it won't work. but i was able to sync my contacts and messages back.
my question now is, would apple replace it under the warranty?
or am i qualified for the OOW thing? since it is still working. im not sure if you have to have your phone completely dead due to water damage to be eligible.
