Fedex shipment exception : Paperwork available for non-FedEx broker

Dear All,
I ordered iphone 4 from apple web site.

My shipment which is in route from China to Montreal - Canada, which is actually at MISSISSAUGA Ontario now says on Fed-ex website :

"Paperwork available for non-FedEx broker"

Any one encountered such a note before ?
Any ideas ?

yesterday mine say's the same "paperwork avail for non-FedEx broker, but now its say's "clearance in progress" and the estimated delivery date is today Sept 8 @ 6pm

hey,

Mine still appears CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS after 30 hrs something.
Let's let each other know if something changes, maybe we should call fedex to sort things out ?

hi eric,

Today, now after 2 days waiting at customs , mine appears to be at saint laurent , where it will be delivered.So i guess it is now cleared from customs.

Hope yours cleared as well.

hi joe

sad to say mine didnt come yesterday...... but now it says " at local FedEx facility" in Winnipeg, Mb. Im hoping it will come now or maybe later in the afternoon 🙂 hope urs come also today........

just check it on FedEx site awhile ago and it says " on FedEx vehicle for delivery" i guess this is the moment of truth...... hope urs the same too
