How do I add same songs I put on my shuffle to my iPhone

Wondered if there was an easy one or two step way to add/sync the same songs that I put on my 1GB shuffle from my 30GB library to my 8GB iPhone. (Without going back and individually selecting them).

Make a playlist and sync that playlist to both devices.
