vpc on an imac

Hi
I run a lot of apps on my emac using virtual pc 6 running xp pro. I am thinking of upgrading to an imac because it gets annoying to have to work (and wait) for five hours a day on vpc. I know I would need to upgrade for g5. Could you please tell me your emulation speed. This can be found my going to start>programs>applications>system tools>system infomation.

My emulatiopn is 533mhz. I want to make sure that I would see a speed boost. Thanks

emac 1 ghz. 512mb, Mac OS X (10.3.8)

Hi Patrick,

I have 512Mb allocated to VPC 7.0.2 on my 1.8 Gh iMac G5. I've got 1.25 Gb ram. Below you'll find the data from my system information screen.

Hope it helps

Bob
