Can I Move my Itunes Library to my second Drive?

My itunes and Itunes data are all on my start up drive but I have ran out of space of my start up drive. I have a second hard drive in my tower. Is there a way to move everything to the second hard drive and have it all work the same. Like when I plug my Iphone in or my Ipod it opens itunes. Or that it will still run Itunes and all of my music?
