Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

I submitted my application since January this year and I have been using itunesconnect since then without any issues. From today I am getting the error "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect." and I cannot login.

Any idea in how to fix the issue?

Thanks,
Miguel

Hi Miguel-

They've released SDK 4.1 (among other things) and there is a new developer agreement.

Just sign into the iOS Dev Center at http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action to accept the agreement and iTunes connect should start working for you again.

Hi JR,

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not work.

Weird I never got a mail saying that I need to do anything, but regardless I logged in to the iOS Dev Center, updated my profile, accept the disclaimer and now I am able to see all the options in the iOS Dev Center (like downloading XCode 3.2.4 + SDK 4.1).

However, I am still unable to login to https://itunesconnect.apple.com, same message shows up: "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect."

Any other idea? I reported it to Apple Support as well but I have got no answer yet ...

Thanks,
Miguel
