iPhone 4 clock ahead by 3 hours

My iPhone 4 running ios 4.1 has a new problem. When I set the date/time to automatic the time is 3 hours behind actual. I used this over several networks and countries and it's always wrong. It was working fine few days ago. It would only work if I set time manually.

Any ideas???
