new contact created by recent calls is not saved in the phonebook contacts

if recent calls to create a new contact, it is not found in the phonebook contacts. Same thing applies to new contact created directly from an application, eg maps. The new contact appears only searching with Spotlight. Do not search through the phonebook. Nor is synchronized in Outlook - Windows Vista.
