Error code: -3

I'm trying to install QuickTime 7 with iTunes and keep getting Error code: -3. When I try to run QuickTime it says that QuickTime 7.0.2a38 has expired. And I can't uninstall my old version (7.0.2a38) of QuickTime, uninstaller simple do nothing. Help! Thanks. Dan.

Windows Installer Cleanup Utility helped me.
Uninstall previous version of QT with Windows Installer Cleanup Utility:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1b d/msicuu2.exe

it seems that this tool cann't find Uninstall of QT.

I am having the same problem. I unistalled it and tried reinstalling it and the same thing keeps coming up. Error code -3 and of course you can't use iTunes without quicktime. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this issue. thank you
