Iphone 4 does not turn on? just randomly turned off and doesnt turn on!HELP

I just got my iphone 3 days ago, and it did same problem it did not turn on when i pressed power button. The phone was on but the screen did not turn on (it still vibrate when i turned the silent button and made charging sound when plugged in charger). Today, Im having the same problem. When i got it, it was on 4.02 now its on 4.1. I also tried holding power and home button for over 1min.... nothing worked. What should i do?

If i replace it will i get refurbished one? I just got it only 3 days old. I surely do not want refurbished.
