iPhone battery symbol on iTunes

Sounds very minor, if an issue at all, to me.

Why would it be a serious issue? If your iPhone is being charged, I wouldn't be concerned by which symbol is being shown in iTunes. Perhaps the iPhone (fully charged) doesn't need charging for a while, and after a while has used enough battery to enable the charging to take place, and these two states continue to alternate the charging status shown in iTunes?

Still seems like a non-issue.

If you are really worried, then make an appointment at the genius bar. I really doubt that there is an issue, but if it makes you feel better.
