Move photos from i phone to Mac Book Pro

I want to move my photos from either my i pod touch, i phone, i pad or my i pod classic onto my new Mac Book Pro. I have searched everywhere but every thing assumes I have a computer with all my old stuff on but unfortunately the hard drive on my Mac Book Pro crashed and I have had to have a new hard drive fitted so now I own two "brand new" Mac Book Pro's which both have empty i photo libraries. Can any one help me?

Hi
Sorry for delay.
I have over 2800 photos in I Photos on my devices like I Phone, I Pod touch. I did have the photos on my I Pad as well but they have been erased when I sync'ed it to the MBP.
I am trying to copy the photos over onto my new MBP because I need them in the MBP I Photo Library so that I do not lose them. Don't forget that my old MBP crashed and I had to have a new hard drive fitted so the only place my photos exist is on the devices.
Hope you can help.
