Q: Client running on PC

Hello,

I have a few users who use a lower screen resolution on their machines, and when viewing assets in fcsvr, the asset window (and Annotations window) becomes larger than the display.

does anyone know a way to ensure that the largest window created is the max size of the display? instead of an arbitrary window size? (even this window size, i can't seem to see how to modify.)

I can post a screenshot of this if it helps explain...

There's no way to control the window size. The client app needs to have a 1024x768 display.

If your Windows users are having trouble with smaller display resolutions than that, then tell them Don't Do That, since a 1024x768 display is required.

If their resolutions are higher than that, then it may be a bug, and you should file it. (bugreport.apple.com)

One of my biggest pet peeves- users setting their 1280x1024 LCD to 800x600...

"But I like the text to be bigger!"

    Facepalm.
