Quick question about I phone 4 with OS 4.1 and Safari

I just got my 1st smart phone about 5 days ago.
I must say this is an eye opener. WOW, it's sooo fun and powerfull, but im have a small issue.
When im web browsing with safari, I like to look for cool pictures from NASA's website. But, when i find a really nice image i want to download, i dont know how... /cry
On my PC i just right click the image and click "save as" and then i just save it to my hard drive.
How do i save images on the iphone with safari ?
I know i can use my PC and then maybe just use itunes to upload it to the iphone, but that's slow, clunky, and lame.
Can someone please help me? thanks
