apps aplication

hi, i'm new user here. do i have to pay for the installation apps? there are some apps notice that it is free for download. why i still fail to download?

PS : i do not have a credit card because i'm still a student. so i have no successfully for the registration iTunes.

To create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card follow the steps in this document. IMPORTANT: In order to create an account without a credit card, you must make sure you are in the App Store, not the iTunes Store.

what's the difference between iTunes store and app store? is it i'm do not have a credit card have to apply app store to download app?

The App Store is the Apps section of the iTunes Store.

thanks for the direction. but why i could not see and even select the NONE option in the payment option there. what should i do?
