Iphone 4 won't charge!

I've my iphone only 2 weeks. Since a couple of days it didn't charge properly. I had repeadetly pull the charger out and back in before it finally charged. Sometimes it made a buzzing (on silent) sound twice and stopped. Then after a minute or two, again two buzzing sounds. Now it won't charge at all. I tried different chargers and usb cables. Also it won't charge trough the computer and itunes says: Itunes could not connect to this iphone because a unkown error occured (0xE8000001)
