Comparing lists

I'm not an experienced spreadsheet user, but I need to compare two lists of names, and see visually which names are in both lists. What's the best procedure for doing this?

How are these lists stored ?

In a single table, in two table, in two Numbers documents ?

In cell B2 of Tableau 2, the formula is :

=IF(COUNTIF(Tableau 1 :: A,A2)>0,"duplicate","")

then apply Fill Down.
