Email Address with WWW

Hi,

I successfully set up me email server and pointed my mx record to my static external ip. I can send emails to user@mydomain.com, but when I send emails out using the emails accounts on the server, it sends outgoing mail using user@www.mydomain.com. How do I change this? I would like the outgoing mail to come from user@mydomain.com
