How to stop window flying off of screen?

I'm using the latest version of Skitch. After I snap a screenshot, it flies off the screen to the right. How do I stop this from happening? Right now, the app has no UI.

MacBook Pro Aluminum 2010, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Are you invoking the Show Desktop expose command by accident? Try pressing F5 to bring the windows back on screen, or swiping 4 fingers down on your Trackpad.

No. Expose doesn't show any windows for it.

Check the "Arrangement" tab in "Displays" system preference. It may show a display to the right of your MacBook's display. The normal desktop view options put new desktop files on the right side, which can be a second display.
