HELP!!

I have just tried to sync my notes from old iPhone to my new iPhone4 and because they have added that stupid swipe delete thing I have deleted all my log ins that I have saved on my phone EVERYTHING!!! All user names/ passwords for lots of other accounts. Is there anyway of recovering them?

If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful and this is going to cause me a major problem if not rectified.
