Q: HARDWARE DRIVER: update on both MAC & Bootcamp sides?

If there is an automatic NVIDIA GeForce 9400M driver update on the Mac side, will that simultaneously update the WINDOWS side? When i went to the NVIDIA website while in Bootcamp, and used NVIDIA's manual scan to see if a video driver is up to date, the answer was that NVIDIA was not installed on my computer?!?

If I need to update the NVIDIA driver on Windows, how?
