Can I Forward my Apple Mail to my Gmail?

I get my Verizon account email through my mac's Mail. I also have a Gmail account which has an excellent spam filter. What do I need to do to receive both thru Gmail?

HI,

Try this. Go to your Mac Mail account via your browser at www.me.com

Login as usual.

Click the Preferences icon

next to your Account Name right side of that window, then click Preferences.

Select the General tab. "Forward my email to" ...
