Q: Newly created Metadata Fields not showing up when uploading MULTIPLE assets

As an administrator, I've created some Metadata Fields and Groups (Cameraman, Director, etc) that are appropriate for our Agency. I can see those Groups and Fields when I upload a single movie clip, however when I upload a group of clips, or select a folder from a device to scan, I don't get all of the fields that were in my new group. I get some, but not all. I don't see anything that would determine which fields show up during a single file upload or from a multiple file upload/scan.

Metadata Set: Media
New Group Name: Shoot info
New Fields in that group: Cameraman, Director, CameraModel, Location, Description, Shoot Date

When I upload a single asset, I see everything listed, but when I upload a group of files or scan folder, I only get 'Description' and 'Shoot Date'. What happened to the rest?
