How to move my iTunes data from Windows to my new MacBook

How do I best move my iTunes music and album art from my old Windows PC to my new MacBook Pro? Is there a way to preserve the album art, too?

The Apple Store will do this for you or you can call Apple Support and they will walk you through it.
