How do I Move a Quicktime flv to iTunes?

I have a couple of videos in the .flv format on Quicktime, but I want them on iTunes, so I can sync them to my iPhone.

How do I move them?

Thanks!

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.4), 32GB iPhone 3GS

I use handbrake to convert movies to .mv4 for use on my iPhone. Maybe that will work for you too?

I think you need VLC installed too - http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Method 1 You may use QuickTime Pro to convert FLV to iTunes more supported MP4 or MOV

Method 2 You may use free software like handbrake, freemaker, format factory to convert FLV to iTunes, but they only have windows version.

Method 3 You may try a third party software like iDealshare VideoGo which has both Mac and Windows version to convert FLV to iTunesso as to import FLV to iTunes, iPad, iPhone, iPod and etc.
