Remote Iphone viewing

I want to know, is there any application for Iphone, from which we can remotely view and manage another iphone?

there are numerous remote desktop manager, but i am looking for one for IPHONE TO IPHONE

Toshiba Portage, Mac OS X (10.5.7), I have a vista based laptop as well
