Deleting Multiple Contacts

For some reason I have multiple contacts repeated about 75 times. Whatever caused it to happen is gone. Only singles of new contacts are synchronized. But I would like to delete the repeated contacts without having to do it one by one. Is there a way to highlight multiple contacts and delete them at one time?
