Does anyone knows which Apple devices are currently supporting apt-X audio coding over the bluetooth?
Especially interested if iPad does, couldn't find easily an answer.

The Apple store mentions that the Mac mini and iMac use apt-X (http://store.apple.com/us/product/H2765VC/A)

What about iOS devices like the iPad? This source tells something like that, but there is no official statement:

Hi, Just been reading around on Apt-X as considering apt-x headphones and wondering about what you say on OS 10.6,4 having support. How can you tell in about this mac if this is so and do you or does anyone know if you can get apt-x via a firmware update or does it need a new hardware chip?
