What wifi channel is best for iphone?

I've got my iphone coonected to our home wifi network but the reception is pretty slow. Does it matter what Channel the wifi router uses? At the moment it's set to 11.

Both channels 1 and 11 do not overlap with the default channel 6; use one of these three channels for best results.

Many wireless products in the U.S. ship with a default WiFi channel of 6. If encountering interference from other devices within the home, consider changing the channel up or down to avoid it. Otherwise, channel 6 is fine.
